At Jolly Rompers, one of the most important things to us is the protection of your privacy. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with any outside party under any circumstances. Jolly Rompers also takes every precaution available to safeguard your personal and credit card information as it travels over the internet. All pertinent information is scrambled using a secure socket layer. As added protection for our customers, your credit card number is never received in our store. The only information we receive on each order is the type of credit card used and the expiration date. SHIPPING INFORMATION

OUR FREE SHIPPING IS BY PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE with Delivery Confirmation to all continental U.S. addresses. Priority Mail is usually received within 2-3 business days of shipping. Two to three day delivery is NOT GUARANTEED. During Christmas or when time is of the essence we recommend you choose Express Shipping. Please see Express rates below. If the dollar amount of the entire purchase is under $30.00, shipping will still be for free but we reserve the right to ship these orders by First Class Mail. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or US Government Federal Holidays. If only sales items are purchased on an order, FREE SHIPPING WILL BE BY 1ST CLASS MAIL.

* There is no extra charge for Saturday delivery using Priority Mail.
* Express Mail Service is available and takes 1 - 2 business days in transit.We ask that these orders be received by 10:00 a.m. EST to ship the same day. If OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS NEEDED, PLEASE CALL FOR RATES AND TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are considered final after 30 days from the day we ship the item to you. Returns must be postmarked within that time frame. Please include a copy of the sales receipt with your return. You will receive a refund of your purchase price minus a $5.00 re-stock fee per item. SALE ITEMS will NOT be issued a refund but a store credit for the amount of the purchase price minus a $5.00 re-stock fee. We will e-mail the credit code which you can use next time you shop. Exchanges are treated as new orders. Simply place a new order for the desired item. All returned items must be UNWORN, HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED and INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING (hanger, plastic garment bag, etc.). Each garment is carefully innspected to ensure that tags are attached before shipping. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN WORN OR DOES NOT HAVE TAGS ATTACHED! We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages while in transit to us. We do not pay return shipping cost. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Gift Exchanges - If you have received a gift from someone, we will gladly allow you to exchange the item for something of equal or greater value. The recipient will be responsible for paying a $5.00 restocking fee plus any difference in price if the new item exceeds the amount of the original gift.

Sales Tax
As required by law, we must add 7% sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Georgia. This applies to all in-store transactions as well.

Gift Wrapping
We will be happy to wrap your selection for a special occassion in a gift box with coordinating ribbon for a $7.50 fee. We also enclose a gift card with your personal message. If you would like gift wrapping please specify this on the checkout page.
